I've been running CF 4.5 SP2 on RedHat (6.2-7.3) for a few years now and our
server's never crashed for any reason other than adminstrative error :)
Furthermore, running CF behind Apache is great since you don't have to worry
about all the IIS hacks out there. Additionally, we noticed a substantial
performance improvement when moving from Windows to Linux. All in all, I'd say
you can't go wrong... just watch for the issues others pointed out, mainly case
sensitivity. To make life simple, I'd just recommend using lowercase everywhere.
