Well, I don't see why you have to go for a 'fresh OS' ... that's a little drastic (for a linux box?!). I thought all you had to do was un-install using the /opt/coldfusionmx/uninstall./uninstall.sh ...? and then if there's anything left, just rm -rf it..?
With windows, I would say that a fresh OS is needed (maybe), but for a linux box... uh, no. ~Todd At 01:22 PM 12/17/2002 +0000, you wrote: >Yes, > >This is why the installation release notes specify that you must remove any >previous versions before installing. > >Dave > >-----Original Message----- >From: Todd [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] >Sent: 17 December 2002 13:18 >To: CF-Linux >Subject: RE: ColdFusion Server 5 on Cobalt RaQs > > >I thought CFMX installs as a single-user enterprise no matter what unless >you put the serial in at the time of installation. > >~Todd > >At 01:03 PM 12/17/2002 +0000, you wrote: > >As a side note.
