rename application.cfm to Application.cfm

Linux is case sensitive and CF actually looks for Application.cfm
automatically. This used to be documented for older versions of CF.

I uploaded a web site to my Linux server which has CF 5.0.

On Windows CF automatically runs the application.cfm file, however it won't
do
it on the Linux box, unless I put an include in the index.cfm.
also it is having problems with rendering text files. Anyone have any idea
what
I am missing here?
