Hmmm... Your reply was a little vague. It looks like you confirmed that jrun-web.xml and httpd.conf are properly set up.
While speaking about this issue with some others today, we believe it would be useful to turn on logging for the Apache connector. You can do this by find the line in httpd.conf that says "JRunConfig Verbose false" and change false to true. Then restart Apache. This should provide useful information in Apache's error log. If you find that this procedure writes anything useful there, then please post it here.
