Ryan,

I have a couple of macs dedicated to Video production. I want to know how
to alter the start up script to make sure that things that I don't need are
not running. I also want to know how I can defrag the disk and scan it for
errors. This should be done after every project (the files are quite
large). Any ideas? There are some free system tools out there, but I don't
know anyone with any experience on them. What do linux folks do to take
care of their drives?

-Mark
