There are bridges that you can purchase that will make a connection to a Windows
box with Access on it, but they are pretty darn pricey.
I have not been able to find any free ODBC drivers for Access for a Linux
server.  CF has a built-in driver to connect with a remote  SQL2000 database,
but not for Access.
