fyi - i use CyberCash on Linux with CFMX. as you discovered, cfx_cybercash doesn't work so i used the MCK and rolled some Perl scripts which i call with CFEXECUTE. from what i can tell it works fine about 99.9% of the time. the few failures could actually be on Verisign's side but i have no way to reproduce the problem.
some day i'll migrate to PayFlow Pro, but this bought me over a year of procrastination time. :-) steve >If you are thinking of using Cybercash, note that Verisign owns it >and they are converting it to "PayFlow": > >http://www.verisign.com/support/cyberCash/ > > >Other info for Cybercash on Linux: > >================= >http://www.verisign.com/support/cyberCash/mckDownloads.html > >Merchant Connection Kit (MCK) >The MCK consists of communication and encryption libraries, and >sample scripts for handling payments and fraud detection at your >online store. > >If you are hosting your own storefront, you need to download the MCK. > >Linux (Red Hat)/Intel 3.3.1 6.2, 5.1 >=================== > >http://www.verisign.com/support/cyberCash/issite.pdf > > > > >-----Original Message----- >From: Josh Nathanson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >Sent: Tuesday, March 11, 2003 8:04 AM >To: CF-Linux >Subject: cfx_cybercash tag on Linux? > >Hello, I am trying to port CFWebstore 4.5.1 to a Linux/PostgreSQL platform. >There is a custom tag called cfx_cybercash which is used to process credit >card transactions with CyberCash.
