I had mentioned in a reply earlier that I had tried that patch, and I got the exact same error. So I did not have any other info to add on... This is far from an enterprise based server - just learning, etc. I have narrowed it down to a MySQL issue. It seems as though mysql will accept the connection if I start it so that it doesn't need an id. And also - any gui's that are running else where also have this issue - so I am trying to get help here - but would appreciate any contact from some mySQL admin's off list! d ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=14 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=subscribe&forumid=14 Signup for the Fusion Authority news alert and keep up with the latest news in ColdFusion and related topics. http://www.fusionauthority.com/signup.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.14
