Pretty much the same as Windows.

1) STOP the cf service(s).
2) Edit the registry file (/opt/coldfusion/registry/cf.registry by
default), look for UseAdminPassword, change it to 0. Save.
3) Fire cf back up and login to admin, set a new password.
