another shot in the dark here, I guess you would probably need CFMX for J2EE on top of jrun running on TomCat, for extra expense and fun you could deploy Blue Dragon as an application within jrun, I would avoid manually changing the apache conf file as changes made to it by jrun/TomCat/Blue Dragon >>> by tomcat, cfm goes to hell how do i get both running, should be automatic and assumed correct. All this is souping up the server with extra load so you would want to keep an eye on this as well and dunno if you make all this work with CF professional as opposed to enterprise ver, interested if you get what you are trying to do to work but doubt you can unless expensive Enterprise MX for J2EE ....as above.

This is just a shot in the dark, as I've never tried to get CFMX Professional and Tomcat to work on Apache on Linux, but you might try changing the order of the LoadModule calls around. But in the long run, I'd recommend that you either get CFMX Enterprise, or CFMX for J2EE which you could deploy on top of Tomcat I think.
