Pete, >>There are limitations with >>CFWDDX as I recall from a recent presentation.
>These limitations are very minor This is getting OT, but yes, I understand the point of view that a subtle difference on Feature X can be considered minor. In my experience, though, microscopic differences in behavior this way or that are certainly important if an application depends on that feature. In fact, I often spend my days ferreting out the causes behind those subtle differences in behavior between two or more configurations, versions, or platforms that would be considered trivial to most, but crucial for that developer. While CF is held to a high standard for compatibility between versions and platforms, one should not expect the same degree of compatibility when considering BD, although much of their marketing does lead you to believe that you should. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=14 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=subscribe&forumid=14 Your ad could be here.
