Try using cfmodule which allows for more specificity in the tag location.  You may 
also want to clear out the old class files from /WEB-INF/cfclasses/ just to be sure 
you're starting with a clean slate.  Also, make sure that your trusted cache is not on 
while trying to view modified pages.
