Unless SCO has won its lawsuit while I was napping RedHat Enterprise is
still
covered under the GPL and you can download it for free from their ftp
(RedHat's not SCO's  )site.
So if cost is your only concern, then it is a non-issue. They will not
make it easy for you, and it will be in
src form, but it is available. Personally, I will more that likely move
to RedHat Enterprise, however the
Novell Suse marriage is very interesting, at least from a directory
services perspective, so I would
consider their enterprise product as well as long as it supports CF :)

Many people have had success with SUSE Linux. However, they were acquired
today by Novell, so I'm not sure what that does to future releases, if
anything.
