We're currently evaluating Eclipse (http://www.eclipse.org) with the
CFEclipse plug-in installed (http://cfeclipse.tigris.org). Thusfar, VERY
impressive. It works cross platform and the cfeclipse plug-in has the
following notable (for us) features:

    * Code highlighting
    * HTML and CF tag code completion
    * Tag and function code insight (including data types)
    * Snips for frequently used code
    * CFC method outline view
    * Content outline for your CFML pages (filterable with XPath)
    * Integrated web browser for quick previewing
    * Problem view, parses your code to find problems
    * A scribble pad for your ideas

Eclipse itself has a great plug-in for subversion which we use for
source code versioning. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Regards,
Neil
