Hi all, I was wondering if anyone (Steve) could give me some more information about the performance of cfexecute on Linux with MX? I was told that the cfexecute tag is implemented using fork() and that each call can consume 100's of MB of memory? Is there any truth to this claim?
We have a few customers running on a couple load balanced high performance Linux boxes that should have no difficulties handling the type of load they are receiving, however, they fail over quite frequently during the day. We do utilize cfexcute for some tasks they perform and if this memory problem is true I would love to send them some code to use a Java execute instead. Thanks for all of your help! ==================== Ronald West PaperThin 617-471-4440 x219 [EMAIL PROTECTED] PaperThin, Inc. was recently named one of New England's fastest growing technology companies in Deloitte's 2004 Technology Fast 50 Program.
