I would recommend doing either of the following: (1) Try placing the .jar in WEB-INF/lib, restarting CF and seeing if you can successfully create the datasource
(2) If not, following the instructions on the page below, which involving explicitly adding the .jar to your Java classpath using the CF Admin: http://www1.oli.tudelft.nl/jochemd/index.cfm?PageID=16 Good luck and let me know if you get it working...
