Although you should install CFMX7 as root, for security reasons, you should not
use root for the runtime user. During the install, you will be prompted for a
runtime user. You should use "nobody".

CF only needs read and write access to the log files, so make sure that is the
only permissions nobody has on the log files. Only Administrators and SYSTEM
groups should have full control.
