The "Code Red" worm patch from MS took care of the issue. Our bandwidth logs were FULLLLLL of hits with no page requests (DOS Attack). I have chosen NOT to create the c:\NOWORM directory as a safeguard. A contact of mine reminded me that the worm author may be using this "fix" in the future to exploit machines further through yet another MS Security hole.
