Does anyone know what would cause the web services to lock up, forcing ALL pending requests to be queued. I am running CF 5.0 on a NT 4.0 box. If I restart CF Services, all requests are processed as if nothing happened. However, in the meantime, users receives an error stating that their request was not returned within the time limit set within CF Server.
BTW this happens sometimes regardless of load on the server.
