Keith, Here is one for you...make a website, post the attachment, send a link in email to it :-)
Really. Why would you want the attachment to fill the bandwidth 290 times? 1) a certain percentage won't bother to read it anyway 2) sending via email will force all 290 to go out at one time versus staggered when people read their email 3) you can't update the attachment, what happens if it needs correction, or has a virus in it? You could continue to allow attachments in the mass emails, but limit the file size to 100k or less. This will allow small Word & Excel files to go out, but not big ones.
