[KCFusion] Custom 404 page

Our site has been moved and some people have old Bookmarks so I set up a custom 404 page in IIS. It works with htm files but not for cfm files. Is there something I need to do in the Application.cfm file?   Thank you   Rick http://www.blueear.com/
