Overall the process of moving our intranet from NT4 to a Win2000 server has been smooth. However, when I tried to change the account the CF service runs under from system to a special account with full administrative rights, I ran into problems. In the dialog box, Windows insists on prepending a period and a backslash ( .\accountname ), and then the account can't log into the SQL database. Any tips?
