Version 1.4 is now updated:
1. Added new Grid Mappings as discussed in Ticket #34 (see
http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/34)
2. Updated Mercator Grid Mapping with version 12 of Grid Map Names
(see diff at
http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/trac/wiki/GridMapNames?action=diff&version=12&old_version=11)
These additions to Grid Mappings were slated for this version of the
document, but I missed them the first time around. Thankfully John Caron
and Ethan Davis spotted the oversights.
