In the following "CF Conformance Requirements and Recommendations" document, it states that a file must have a .nc suffix. http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/conformance/requirements-and-recommendations/1.5/ Is this correct? If so, are there any current plans to change this to incorporate other file formats, e.g. HDF5?
