Hi Dave, Both BADC and Reading CF-checker links resolved for me this morning. Are they still dead for you?
You can also download the checker from http://pypi.python.org/pypi/cfchecker/. The Juelich checker looks like an excellent system. It would be better if it was available on the standard HTTP port as it will be inaccessible from some institutions. I simply provide package management support to Rosalyn as primary developer and I know she wants to completely refactor the codebase soon. It would be ideal if the underlying checker logic from both systems could be merged so that we have one official CF compliance API. I found the Juelich team to be responsive to upgrade and fix requests. The checker link can be found in the original announcement: http://mailman.cgd.ucar.edu/pipermail/cf-metadata/2010/026145.html Let me know if it is necessary to start a Trac ticket for a request like this. Thank you for your consideration. One other related question. What is the status of the Reading/NERC copy of the CF checker? It is currently a dead link on the CF checker page. ==Dave _______________________________________________ CF-metadata mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.cgd.ucar.edu/mailman/listinfo/cf-metadata -- Scanned by iCritical. _______________________________________________ CF-metadata mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.cgd.ucar.edu/mailman/listinfo/cf-metadata
