Hi,
after having read the discussion about eastward_wind/x_wind, I just got
curious about the X_to_direction parameters.
It is documented as: unit: degree,
X_to_direction and indicates the direction towards which the velocity
vector of X is headed.
but it doesn't explain exactly which direction:
Is it:
wind_to_direction = atan(y_wind/x_wind)
or
wind_to_direction = atan(northward_wind/eastward_wind)
