Sorry, something didn't work in the svn->git migration process. I went
back to the old svn repository and retrieved the xml sources of the CF
Conventions 1.6 document. Matthew Harris put them where you were looking:

Oh dear. I'd dipped into a couple of versions and found the source so I was
hoping they'd all be on GitHub. Presumably someone has them somewhere...? If
so, it'd be great if they could be uploaded to GitHub along with the others.
