Dear All,

I'd like to propose the following new standard name:

Name: mass_fraction_of_petroleum_in_sea_waterUnits: 1Description: Mass fraction
is used in the construction mass_fraction_of_X_in_Y, where X is a material
constituent of Y. It means the ratio of the mass of X to the mass of Y
(including X). A chemical species denoted by X may be described by a single
term such as 'nitrogen' or a phrase such as 'nox_expressed_as_nitrogen'.
Petroleum is a mixture of different saturated hydrocarbons other organic
chemicals. The name petroleum can refer to either crude oil or liquid products
resulting from the refining of naturally occurring crude oil. Alternately, the
name could be: mass_fraction_of_crude_oil_in_sea_waterThanks,
Mike
