I assume that means you just have to send a mail with any subject and
content to [email protected] to get off
that list. (I tried the link; it does not seem to work. I did not try the
mailing instructions; I do expect those to work.)
(In general, all mailing lists have such standard ‘list headers’. Really
good mail clients show those in the interface as well. I do not know if
really good mail clients exist.)
