Dear community, This is PR fixes https://github.com/cf-convention/cf-conventions/issues/144. Charlie and I look forward to your input and hope that we can finish integrating this into the Convention soon, as discussed at the CF meeting on 20 June 2018.
Notable changes: The proposed changes to the Convention would regulate the use of groups in CF files.
