I have a Web server (in-house in a DMZ), which hosts a client gateway, which allows password protected user to view information regarding their companies claims, among other policy related items..
We now need to add the ability for the gateway users to view certain files related to their claim/policy. (these files will for the most part be in a PDF format and are kept on another in-house server behind the firewall).
My biggest concern is security, not allowing the web free range to file server
�.though I haven�t utilized the cfile tag, I know it allows the user to copy, etc�but I don�t think this is what I really want/need. Additionally, just allowing the <a heref �filename.PDF> isn�t a good idea because of security issues�.
Any advices is greatly appreciated
