Using CFFTP to transfer file from local server to remote server

When using cfftp to transfer file(s) from server to server is it possible to build something so you can see how much of the file is being transferred? Like in any FTP client or Java applet?

Does anyone have any CF snippet that does something like this or know where to find one?
