OK unless you are using something like a fusebox design.  Most of my poor little application use something along those lines so I woild just get hits on the same page.  I would need a counter that picks up say a page id variable.  It is something that I have thought about doing but not gotten around to.

I certainly don't want to discourage this project, but I just thought
I'd mention that this type of data is usually more efficiently gathered
by parsing access logs rather than gathering it in realtime.  It
usually makes more sense to post- and batch-process log files than to
record hits as they happen.  There are several very good and free
utilities out there to do this for you.
