I have substituted the correct path to the CF server's upload directory in my original upload file now D:\inetpub\wwwroot\ictmt7\uploads. The upload goes to the upload file and all the information gathered on the form now goes to the database which keeps a record of when it was sent and by whom etc. At this point I have to acknowledge a huge debt to Ade and Stephen for your perseverance, patience, knowledge and understanding - I owe you guys a drink!
