I don't use CF much, just monitor the list as a pasttime mostly.  But I think
that your problem can be solved if you can change the chart properties so that
you get 11 axis entries instead of twelve with should be a property of the tag.

Let me clarify. I want the Y axis to appear as whole numbers instead of 
integers.
