I know I'd use the file system, but rather than starting another thread
to ask about this, just search the archives.  I've seen a few separate
threads where this was discussed, and IIRC almost everybody agrees that
you shouldn't put binaries into a DB.  And 25k files can add up quickly,
your DB is not as efficient with this than the file system.
