I am sorry, I must not have been clear. I meant that there are multiple states and they all come up multiple times in my database and I want to call each of them only once for my list. Therefore, selecting them individually (as I have interpreted your "select distinct state") will not work.
I am assuming that there is some code that in laymen terms states: Select State >From Locations if a state comes up more than once add first value to list and ignore the rest Hope this clarifies my question. thanks! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Create robust enterprise, web RIAs.
