Sorry it has taken me so long to respond, but I just got back
to the office.

A couple of notes:

- The directory that I am trying to save it to exists.

- I am using Unix on the server, and I added Mode="777" but it still doesn't
work.

- I dumped the CFFile structure.  SERVERFILE = TestSpreadsheet.xls
SERVERDIRECTORY = /var/www/vhosts/MemberShoppers.com/httpdocs/Excel
FILEWASSAVED = No

How can I make sure that the CF User has permissions to upload files? Is there
an area of ColdFusion Administrator that I possibly overlooked?

Again, I appreciate all your help!

Chris

I don't think so, I always use a little UDF from cflib to ensure directories
exist on upload.

Sandy,

Good point about the permissions. I'm curious... doesn't cffile
automatically create any missing folders .. assuming cf has permissions? I
wouldn't necessarily rely on it, but I thought it was the default behavior.
