Thanks again for all your help guys.

I removed the *** from 'multipart/form-data' and added the cffile above the 
cfmail.

After I submit and am redirected, I get this message:

Invalid content type: "application/x-www-form-urlencoded".  

CFFILE action="upload" requires forms to use enctype="multipart/form-data".  

Any ideas?
