You only need to install it in your website root. You have access to that
if you can upload files to your site.

Do they have the imagemagick CFX tag installed or just ImageMagick?

Thanks for the reply,
Now can I use this alagad extension without having to have root access to
the server? I just have a ftp login.

But again isn't there a way to use that imagemagick which they seem to have
installed?

The only thing I need to be able to do is upload and resize an image on a
server which seems to have imagemagick installed runs mx6.1 and I don't have
root access on.
Now if that alagad really would work isn't it a bit overkill to spend 150
bucks?

Thanks again!
