Yes appear to be 404 File not found errors. Although, I cannot find anything 
explicitly stating the 404 error code. I have a solution setup on my 
development server that will just use the ColdFusion Administrator Global Error 
handler to catch this and direct them back to the main site.  I just didn't 
know if there was a better solution.

This is the specific error found in the exception.log:
coldfusion.runtime.TemplateNotFoundException: File not found: 
/order/order/index.cfm
