Taking note of the structure of the formatting in your cvs the short
answer is yes. You might check this blog entry

Subject: Import CSV file to Access 2000 database?

Hello All,

I have to occasionally update an Access 2000 database with a csv file
that will have at most a couple hundred rows.

At this point, I shutdown access to the application so nobody makes any
changes, and then ftp the database in, open it up, and manually import
the csv file to a table. Then I upload the file via ftp and open the
application for use.

That's a pain.

Is there any CF/SQL solution to this where I can update the database
without having to resort to the above?

Thanks in advance,

Jahlen
