Jim,

Thanks for the suggestion.  The error message I am now getting is "Error 
Executing Database Query.  
[Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][ODBC Socket][Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft 
Access Driver] Number of query values and destination fields are not the same."

I've checked my fields and their names and everything seems corrected.

I would ask your ISP about the time out property when you are inserting
data.
