Is it CF or the Email Server that is having issues - - When I have had
problems, it is usually the email server that "gets mad" and bogs down.
(Much to my ISP's dismay)

One thing I am doing is Find/Replace in each email for [FIRSTNAME]
[LASTNAME] for email personalization - - which slows it down a bit - but
gets really processor heavy on 1000+ emails... But I am using CF6.1... and
it does get through them.

That's exactly my problem - the CF server starts to fall over at 1000-odd
emails.

Misha's suggestion is excellent, but how will I delay the intervals? Also -
is there not maybe a built in CF (8) function that can handle this?
