I have done a little bit of both but I think the Flex provides much more opportunity to extend the functionality of the graphs and there are already many examples out there on this. The CF only graphs are quite good though but if you have access to Flexbuilder then that's what I would be using. The most recent graph I produced in Flex was only a simple Won/Lost graph (cf as the backend of course). Perhaps this is a good opportunity for some demos on www.flexcf.com
