Make cfoutput data clickable

Hello,

I'm trying to find a way to make data from cfoutput clickable. 

The code below populates a table, and I want to be able to click on a members 
name and launch a profile page, also click on the email address and launch the 
email app which viewers use on their comp.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
