Hi Jenny
I am creating a library which has one frame for navigation and the other frame 
for pdfs being delivered from a private directory using cfcontent.

I found the bug, it was in my coding. Why it would work in one browser and not 
the other was the confusion. also wasted several hours on target="parent" and 
not target="_parent".

At least it wasn't a typo in one of my punch cards... those were the time 
wasting 
days.
