When I got back from vacation I had about 4000 emails to deal with including about 500 comments awaiting moderation (most of them were spammers, of course). I tried to be careful to separate the handful of genuine comments from the spam as I was working through that folder but it's entirely possible your comment got deleted. Sorry. I was tired. I'd been up since 6:30am that morning in France and by the time I got thru most of my email it was 27 hours later... The fact that you immediately assume - and publicly post - that I was somehow deliberately suppressing your opinion speaks volumes about you Adam :) > So here's my original post in its entirety...
