Hello, I am not sure whatever this is the list to post this to but I have the following problem with a client that I didn't have before: - I worked for a company for about a week - I signed a contract that I will get paid for every hour that the company can bill their clients for - I finished few assignment and billed the client - after three months and few emails I thretend with small claims curt to which I got a reply that I was insulting them by asking to be paid. They offered to pay half of the invoice.
What should I do now? I am 3000 miles away so I cannot sue them without going back.
