I will have to provide a written version for now, but I plan to use camtasia at some point, since they have a copy here ;). Being a teaching and medical facility, they are wanting hard copy to start with. So just seeing a basic outline for this would get me started and would be of value down the road for me, not that I want to become a technical writer by any stretch, it would just be another tool in the box ;).
